Returns Policy

While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we want you to absolutely love your piece. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to issue a store credit so you can select a different size or style. Any items marked final sale and will NOT be approved for store credits, exchanges or refunds.

JorgnesenFarm is not responsible for shipping charges related to the item/s being returned.Return shipping costs: Customer’s responsibility flat rate $14.95 Australia wide. To be eligible for a store credit you must lodge your return within 14 days from receiving your parcel. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please reuse original packaging if possible. In the rare instance you have received a faulty garment we will happily exchange or refund you in full, including postage. Please contact our customer care team JorgensenFarm1@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of damage/defects.
